Still spotting on day 11 of period

Hello all. I started my period on Saturday March 25th. I noticed it was lighter than normal, and I started entering the light, spotting stage between days 4 and 5. The problem is I'm still spotting brownish discharge on day 11. I noticed a little more cramping than normal, too. This is all atypical for me. I'm on the pill, but I did take a course of antibiotics for a UTI the week leading up to my period. Could this be pregnancy? Something else? Just normal? Thanks for any advice or anecdotes. :)
