Can old period blood make you itch?

Hi. I haven’t had a period for the last 3 months or so. I’m not pregnant as I have done tests. I have just started bleeding clumpy old blood, as they say. It has become very itchy inside and my peehole is a bit sore too. Can this actually happen? Can anyone suggest anything?

Sorry to hear.  You may have a yeast or fungal issue. If it is clumpy and/or itchy it doesn't matter the color, it is likely a yeast issue. See your doctor if you've never had a yeast infection before to confirm.  Otherwise, I'd try monostat one day ovule over the counter or the doctor can prescribe a tablet to clear it up.  good luck
