Natural supplements / herbs / vitamins to treat hormone levels?

This question may be a little broad, and most likely not specific enough--but i feel like its worth a shot anyway.

I've been having loads upon loads of medical issues, and am finally getting some long overdue answers. I will update once i have an actual print out of levels, but i was curious about natural ways to treat hormone imbalances. My testosterone is extremely high, estrogen extremely low, and progestrone is low as well.

I may be jumping the gun here without actual numbers, but I'd just like to get started on taking some kind of herbs/vitamins/supplements as soon as possible.

Not sure if this is useful in anyway, but possibly worth noting--my Vitamin D, B12, and Iron are all extremely low.

What age are you? If younger than typical menopause age, what does your doctor say? HRT is always a possibility and would be easier to manage than guessing with natural supplements, unless you want to be blood-testing all the time to see how they do for you. If you insist on the all-natural route, you could try wild yam cream for estrogen, but I am not familiar enough with the topic to tell you what women do to replace progesterone.

I'm actually only 29...so, it's quite concerning to me to say the least. My doctor (drs actually, I've seen 3) have all been against putting me on hormones just yet--all seem to be in  agreance that they want to see if getting vitamin levels, anemia, thyroid, and weight fluctuation under control will sort some of it out.

It may be worth stating none of this started until after my first pregnancy (2014) ...which although healthy, clearly has done a number on my body.

Immediately after, I noticed SOME of these changes, but have progressively gotten worse, and within the last year have rapidly become more troublesome and new added symotoms/effects on my body both inside and out have started to take place.

The most obvious and frankly concerning to me were

-gaining 40+ pounds in less than 6 months.
-what started as thinning hair, which I attributed to over processing with heat, bleach, and extensions for years, turned into rapid increased hair loss, and balding on hairline and crown.
-and feeling CONSTANTLY hot--people can be bundled up in layers, and I'm out of my mind miserably hot (ive lived in Texas my whole life, thus am pretty acclimated to heat, so this was a pretty strange thing) which QUICKLY turned into persistant sweating (I've never had an issue with sweating before..if anything, I think I didnt sweat ENOUGH most of my life. I could work out for 2 hours and barely break a sweat) definitely a change all over my body--but face, scalp, neck, and chest are SEVERE and pretty much constant even with the AC on 67 degrees.

I assume they have checked your thyroid and your hormone levels and checked you for any kind of an ovarian cyst? If not, see a specialist.
Thyroid levels were somewhat inconclusive--Didn't give me much more explanation other than my thyroid was "in transition" and certain levels showed me to be hypo, other hyper.

Hormones were definitely all over the place. Estrogen and Progesterone very low, and testosterone way too high.

(I'm working on getting a copy of the lab work so I have exact numbers, but having trouble reaching my doctor as she is out of the country on a mission trip. )

They did not however check me for any ovarian cysts...I will have to look into that.
