Bleeding after masturbation

Okay so yikes this is super awkward and in hopes of trying to prevent myself from having a panic attack; I sit here, at 4 in the morning, writing this in hopes someone can help. Before I get into what I came here for, let me just give a short introduction. I'm an 18 year-old girl, I have irregular periods and wacky hormones (PCOS). As well as a generalized anxiety disorder and major depression. I take prozac and I'm supposed to be starting birth control. I don't even know if that was necessary but anyways. Female masturbation, it happens. I happen to dabble in the arts and I just had a scare. I went to pee after finishing (side note: Clitoral stimulation) and whenever I wiped, I noticed a little blood on the tissue and whenever I looked in the toilet; I noticed blood at the bottom. I'm not sure if it was a blood clot or something but it was there. I was on my period this time last month, but as I've said; my periods are irregular. Anyways. Am I dying? Thanks. OH also I'm a virgin.
