What is this squishy lump on vaginal lip?

I have this bump on my vaginal lip and it is about a dime sized knot. I can squish it with my fingers and it goes away, nothing comes out, it’s like it’s inside. Doesn’t hurt, not irritated or anything like that. Everytime I look up something, it pops up a painful cyst.

It doesn't sound like a cyst or ingrown hair if it's not painful.  Did this just appear or have you had it for a while?  Has it changed in shape or size since appearing?   I'd have your doctor take a quick look at it just to be sure what the cause is.
