Pink swollen bump outside my vagina!! HELP

I'm 16 and I'm not sexually active. I have a pink swollen bump on the the outside on my vagina on the lower right side, it hurts when I walk. And I'm really shy to say to someone or to show it. Can someone please tell what it is?Any advice on how to treat it to make it go away. Has anyone had a similar experience?

You should see a gynecologist if putting a little tea tree oil on it twice a day doesn't resolve it.  It might be something that needs to be lanced if it hurts that much.  Don't try to drain it yourself, but be prepared that it may drain itself.  You could sit in epsom salt soaks and it might dry it out and offer relief, but you could also end up with a UTI and then you'll be mad.
