you might read "taking charge of your fertility" which talks about ways you can see when your period is coming. I had very irregular periods for a long time and it is annoying! It can also be an indicator of PCOS. So you may want to bring it up with your obgyn. And if it is really bothering you, you could consider taking birth control for the purpose of regulating your cycle.
I can never tell when I'm late or when it's due though. It's very frustrating.
When i was 16 i didnt have period for 6 months. Then i started taking birth control pills, thats when my period became regular plus i didnt have heavy flows and it would only last for 5-7days.
It's normal, when I was 17 I got my period a total of eight times that year. My doctor had told me then that they would regulate by the time I hit 21. He was right
hi...you are 16 thats why you dont know that there is no formula to calculate due date..its our body...that is always in adjusting mood..so periods may come late due to adjustments of our body..and also...they can be late due to stress,diet,exercise(excessive)..etc..you never know when they will come....but if they come on 16 of one month ,in the next month they can come at 10 or at20th of that month..its normal..
