Is it UTI?

I have noticed that since yesterday, it hurts when I urinate. My bladder also hurts when it's not even that full and after I urinate it aches a little. I've done some research and I'm thinking it's UTI. However, I would much rather not see a doctor and not tell my mom about this. I'm very enclosed and uncomfortable about this situation. Now I'm up at 5 in the morning because I woke up from the pain of needing to pee. Please help.

You MUST see a doctor.  The pain from a UTI can quickly become unbearable and debilitating, and the infection can be very dangerous if left untreated.  Why are you afraid to tell your mom about it?  UTIs can occur out of the blue for no apparent reason, so there is no shame attached to it.  A quick trip to an urgent care facility today should get you antibiotics and some pyridium to help with the pain.  PLEASE just go tell your mom!
