Your complex bodysuit might just be too complex for your tender tissues in the nether region. I'd wear a pad (the kind they sell as "pantiliners" or "light day") in your situation if I were wearing a bodysuit, and see if an infection or irritated reaction happens then. If it does not, it's possible it comes from the garment. If it seems to be related to the bodysuit it could be because it gives the area a lot of pressure, or it could be something that triggers an allergy (the elastic plus the pressure), or it could be the lack of air flow because of the close-pored fabric of the bodysuit. (There is a reason they recommend women wear cotton underwear.) If it's the lack of air flow, a pad might not help, but then again it might, especially if you change it each time you use the loo, because it will mean less bacteria sitting against your tissues.
