Large bumps on outside of vigina....please help!

Ok so after I got out the shower I dried myself off and noticed a rather large bump on the left outside part of my...(I forget the term it's called ^.^") anyway so I search and it MIGHT be an ingrown hair or a pimple or something but in all the posts about that they said it hurts but mine doesn't. What is it and how do I remove it?! And is there a way to prevent more in te future? Thanks in advance for the help!

Im sure it is just a big black head or something. Squeeze it if it feels like there is something in there. Its common. Black head will appear anywhere there are pours. A big brown hard "rice" like thing will more than likely come out. Them boom its gone.
