Last resort

I am 24 years of age and have been suffering with gynaelogical problems for the past 4 years as well as other ailments. I try and look after my body the best I can, I have a healthy, balanced diet and I exercise regularly.
4 years ago (age 20)  I went to the doctors with problems down below, symptoms included irregular bleeding, painful intercourse with pain continuing after intercourse, mind blowing pelvic pain and abnormal discharge. I went back and forth to the doctors with no resolution, and the symptoms became worse. A year later just after my 21st birthday I started getting really bad stomach cramps, my stomach would  bloat out and I would  feel like someone was twisting or ripping down towards my pelvis, this would be followed by painful bowel movements (normally very soft bowl movements) and I would feel like a pulling pressure in  my rectum (at the time itis so painful I can't physically talk or move! )
Another year went by and by the time I turned 22 I still had no answers. Af while later my hair started to fall out, the front of my hair started to go bald and my scalp was covered in spare dry skin, I then notice my eyebrows weren't growing back properly too, At 23 I was diagnosed with depression and was having panic attacks, I was given anti depressants but my depression didn't improve and all the doctor did was up the dosage of my tablets.
Summer last year I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis and had laparoscopic surgery to laser the endometriosis,l also found out I had irretible bowel syndrom and after having a swab was told I was strep b positive.. I was taken off the pill as I tried so many and none where agreeing with me and had the cool fitted, it was in for a year before it was removed around 2 months ago, I was then given the injection which I am currently only a month into taking.
The last 4 years I feel like I'm going down hill, my eyes are so dark, I look so unhealthy and unwell (my mum even asked me if I had started taking drugs one day at the dinner table because I look so I'll - I assured her I wasn't) I regularly feel dizzy, I am always tired, I have a long term boyfriend and our sex lite has been affected as since the surgery for my endometriosis my symptoms have worsened, my discharge is thick with a link brown tinge to it, the discharge also has a very strong foul smell which I can only describe as a rotting flesh or dead meat smell (that's is the only description I can think of).
I have been tested for std's and have had negative results, I have had ultrasounds and blood tests with no findings either, my nan mum and sisters all suffer from thyroid disorder but my blood test area within normal range for me..
The reason for this post is I feel so stuck in this rut and I don't know why I seem to be falling apart! The last 4 years I have had numerous stones where I have to be singled off work, holidays have been ruined and I've spent so much time in pain.
I'm hoping that someone might read this and be able to give me a second opinion, do you think all my symptoms are linked? Why is my discharge like this? Has anyone else suffered from the same or similar? Is there anything I can do to help myself? And why is my endometriosis worse now? am I looking into all this too much?
I know there are people out there that go through a lot more than what I have too but I just feel so fed up with always feeling unwell! Any responses would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there.  I'm very sorry you have had four years of these difficulties!  Wow, you've been through the ringer.  I'll be honest, I don't think anyone on the internet can give you a
second opinion' or a medical diagnosis relevant to these problems you've had.  It does indeed sound like you have many different issues that are happening at once.  What about going for a true second opinion?  A new ob/gyn that is highly rated to examine you, go over your history and what is happening today?  That's what I'd do.  good luck hon
