Late Period, Spotting, Virgin?

So I started college August 20th, and our classes started on August 25th. I got my period on the 27th, a day late. But I'm normally a day or two late or early.
My period next was supposed to come on September 20th, and now it's October 6th. I know stress can delay a period, and I just started living on my own and starting college classes, but I haven't been really particularly stressed all the time. Maybe there would be a day or two where I would have so much to do, but I haven't been extremely stressed so I'm confused.
Also, around the week I was supposed to get my period, I've had headaches off and on, and I had diarrhea for two days. But no other symptoms..cramping is usually my sign that it's coming, but I've had no cramping at all. And no great pain and tenderness, which I usually have before my period as well. The only thing was the headaches off and on for about a week, and About a week after I was supposed to get it, I also had a clear mucous discharge for about a day.
Now on October 4th, I noticed some really light pink on the toilet paper after I wiped. Then for the rest of the day every time I went to the bathroom, I had some brown spots in my underwear and when I wiped. One time it was bright red when I wiped. Except no cramps, and no brown or pink in the toilet, which is unusual for me. I always get cramps before my period. The spotting occurred on the 4th, 5th, and today, but now it's getting even lighter that I can barely see anything.
I'm also a virgin, not on any medication or birth control, I didn't gain a lot of weight or lose a lot (that I know of). My diet sort of changed because of being in college..I'm eating unhealthier and I'm gassy all the time.
I don't get it..I'm going home for break this weekend and I really don't want to be worrying about this when I'm at home. Thank you:)
