Menopause

Hello everyone I am 50 and experiancing high blood pressure, before that it was heart papiltations. Well the main question is can high blood pressure be related to a hormonal imbalance? I ask this because I have been to the emergency room twice and my ekg is normal and cardiomediastinal silhouete is normal, Hilar structures are unremarkable. Pulmonary vasculature is normal, There is no focal opacity seen in the lung fields. Costophrenic angles are clear and the osseous structures and overlying tissues are within noral limits. In other words no acute cardiopulmonary Disease. White count 6.9,hemoglobin 14.9, BUN 13, creatine 1.6, Electrolytes normal. Im scared, I wake up with nights sweats at about 5:00Am everyother morning. But I feel like crap in the mornings. Sometimes with bad headaches. At one point I was bleeding for 8 months straight globs of clots and then I found a herbal pill called Promensil it was the magic pill that stopped the bleeding. My blood pressure was 200/96 something like that The hospital released me at 140/90.
