A white bump on the inside of my major labia?

Hi, I'm 19 and for... about a year I've had this white bump, about a half centimeter long, on the inside of my labia. I've never been to a gynecologist for it (or for anything) and I've just been embarrassed to say anything about it. Which is probably irresponsible. I just want to ask first to try and get an idea of what this could be.

This thing is almost like a disc under the skin, but when I squeeze it (and I know I probably shouldn't squeeze it...) it takes a round shape. It isn't painful or itchy, it's just been there for over a year and hasn't shown any signs of changing. What is it...? (I'd post a picture but I don't know if it's allowed.)
