Spotting five days before period after strong orgasm

My period suddenly changed this month. While I can say it has changed over the years, this sudden change is making me nervous, considering what prompted it(see below). I am 35, no kids, and have never been pregnant. Used the pill from age 17-27 but then stopped and now use condoms.

My last period was 8/4-8/9. light spotting for the two days before on and off that stopped completely for a day before my period actually started (this has been the norm the past couple of months, see below) started at a fairly heavy flow. Nothing major to report. According to my phone app, my next is due tomorrow (8/30/16).

On 8/25 (five days before my period is due) I woke up in the morning to pee and when I wiped, there was spotting on the toilet paper. It continued for a couple of hours, then stopped. One thing I would like to point out is the night before about 12 a.m., I had a solo session with myself in bed. I had a ridiculously strong clitoral orgasm to the point where I felt my insides spasm, and a slight pain near my right ovary from it. I feel like this has something to do with the spotting. I've read that this can happen if you are close to your period and there are spasms, which could cause your uterus to contract????

8/26 nothing all day

8/27 nothing in morning. Had mid-day sex. Noticed spotting again on TP about an hour later. There was no pain or anything with sex and I was on top.

8/28 Spotting seemed heavier so I put on a pad. Wore one all day, stained about 1/2 the pad. Not heavy at all, but again, enough to wear a pad. (but nowhere near my regular menstrual flow) I also was very regular with BM from 8/26-8/28 (which usually happens during my period)

Today 8/29 - light "period like" cramping in morning, got worse in the afternoon. Wore pad but by lunch it only had a couple of spots on it. Only showing on TP.

The spotting five days before I'm due made me nervous (even if I believe it was from the spasming). That seems too early to me. When I would spot before my period (see below), it would be 48 hours before, at the very most.

The past couple of months, a day or two before I am due, I will spot, almost as a warning that it is coming. (Only on toilet paper). Then there may be a day where nothing happens at all. Then my period will come usually within the next 24-36 hours after a day of nothing. It will then only be heavy for about 36 hours, then taper off slowly again over a few days. (So it is a longer period if you include the days with barely there spotting. It is to the point that I don't really know when to mark on my app what day my period started....not sure if I should start on the date I start spotting)

I realized that I've had months of early spotting as a precursor to my perod starting this year, but just not five days early and so off and on. So I think that is what is making me nervous. Technically my period is due tomorrow, and with the cramping, I feel like it is coming. I just wish it would!!!! Medically, I have issues with gas and constipation and I have sciatica, so bloating and pain in those areas is difficult to differentiate between reproductive stuff at times. I have regular protected sex with my boyfriend (and did in the days and weeks before this started, with no issue at all.)

I'd also like to add that although I normally urinate pretty frequently (I drink a lot all day), I can't seem to stop running to the bathroom today.
