My period is one day late, and I don't know why?

My period was suppose to start either Saturday or Sunday (April 22 or 23) and it hasn't. But this point I am 1-2 days late. But I haven't had sex, so I don't understand why it would be late.

This is normal, your period may just be becoming irrugular. You shouldn't worry just yet.

Okay, I'm a dancer at a dance studio and a lot of girls period cycle change A LOT and sync-up. So maybe that's why it's becoming irregular!
