Natural treatments

What are some natural alternatives for treating period pain?? I am it a very big fan of using pills if I do not know exactly what is inside them.

Believe me or not: GINGER TEA.  take a nice piece of fresh ginger.  about 2 inches long,  skin the ginger,  wash, crush and chop ginger into very tiny pieces.  add your chopped ginger into you mug and add hot plain tea, cover it with a lid and let the tea sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.  Enjoy and let me know if it works for.  I do not add sugar if you want you can.  Ginger has a nice aroma and some kind of a sweet taste in it.  This ginger tea is good for so many health issues.

Ibuprofen works terrific.  This is advil, motrin or just generic ibuprofen.  I recommend that.  Might not be natural but it works.  good luck
