Need help ASAP.

I'm a 42 year old female who just had blood work and Pelvic & Thyroid Ultrasound conduted.  My pelvic ultrasound finding were a noticable small nabothian cyst in the cervix. my double wall thickness of the endometrial stripe is 5mm. There is a small hypochoic focus in the fundal region of the uterus just anterior to midline measuring 5mm in diameter that may represent a small fibroid. The right ovary measures 2.8 x 1.8 x 1.3 cm in diameter with the left measuring 3.2 x 1.8 cm in diameter. There is a small ring like area of echogenicity in the left ovary that may represent a recently ruptured follicle measuring 1.1 cm in diameter.

What would you recommend as a care plan moving forward? Do you think I need surgery, replacement hormones, hysterectomy or what?

My HGB A1C OLY came back at 6.0 which is high considering the reference range is 4.8 - 6.0
What do you think I should do about that as well?

My Thyroid on the right measures 5cm craniocaudal diameter x 1.6cm AP and 1.4cm transverse diameter. The left thyroid measures 3.2cm craniocaudal diameter x 1.4cm AP x 1.6cm transverse diameter. The thyroid isthmus measures 4 mm in thickness.
They say slightly enlarged thyroid gland. no focal mass or cyst identified.
My Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) done by blood was 333.4 -----Normal reference range was 0.0 - 34.0

What do you think is going on or what can I do to straighten out these problems?

Thank you, going crazy trying to find answers.

I think you need to stop reading your results. I'm no expert but I think they are normal. Follicular cyst is just ovulating. The size of your thyroid sounds just about normal to me.
Let your Dr. guide inform you first of your results, and then go from there.
I don't think you should worry. Relax
