PLEASE HELP ME!!!! 20 days late for my periods and 5 negs

I am 19 yrs old. I am 20 days late for my period. I took 2 home pregnancy tests after 10 days delay on my periods and both came out negative. After 1 week i again took 3 pregnancy tests and all 3 came negative. I don't have nausea, dizzyness, head aches. But I feel pain in my breasts from 1 week. I feel some cramps in my stomach but they are not much painful. Am i pregnant? Can there be any other reason for my late periods? Are home pregnancy tests accurate? Please anyone help me. I am very scared. Please help me.

I am really very frustrated. I don't have any symptoms of pregnancy. Now the pain in my breast is decreasing. But still I am scared. I took a doctors appointment next week.

The best thing is to make an appointment with your doctor and request (demand) a blood pregnancy test and an ultrasound.

Sorry they might not be detecting an early pregnancy. Please don't worry there are worse things, have u been stressed? Or had unprotected sex with a new partner who could put u at risk? and did you use protection? U might just be getting these symptoms in your breasts because you are late. I wouldn't worry too much. I think u can get a test that is more expensive but detects pregnancy earlier, u could always try that :) try not to worry
