Painful Intercourse?

Hi ladies. So I've been reading that women often have painful intercourse for different reasons. Be it endometriosis, cysts, dryness etc, there's so much that women can have going on that causes pain. I'm curious, if you have pain, where is your pain? And what do you do to make it better? I just recently started having sex with my fiancé, and I find it really painful, but it's at the entrance of the vagina, it feels like a very annoying pulling sensation that makes it pretty impossible to go on or enjoy. The pain goes away right away when we stop. Is this normal at first? Is it just because I'm stretching it, if so how long will it hurt? And yes we have tried lube etc. I hope it won't always be uncomfortable :(
Any input is appreciated, thanks guys!
