What is happening to me?

So there is this bump on the side of my vagina. I'm freaking out. It's very large, and dark red. Almost like a cyst and it hurts like crazy. I don't know what to do.

Thank God! I often shave, and notice these a few days after the last time I shaved. I have been reading other people's similar stories, and it sounds like I'll be just fine!
