Hi I too had a misscarriage on February 23,2012 and it has almost 7 weeks later and me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex last monday but i think its probably too soon to tell if IM pregnant again. But i am scared of losing another baby too because i was 16 weeks when we lost our baby...i did take a pregnancy test last Friday but IM pretty sure it was too soon  tell becus it had only been 4 days so I will try again this coming Monday.....wish me luck!!!

Don't worry. That is perfectly normal. I have yet to have my period after my D&C but my doctor told me that the first period (or sometimes the second aswell) can be different than normal. She said it can be lighter or heavier, longer or shorter...etc. I'm sure you have absoloutely nothing to worry about. I'm already 5 and a half weeks after the D&C with no period. Some women take longer than others. I've heard it depends mainly on how high your HCG levels were at the time of the surgery

Best wishes to you. I hope everything works out.
