Period for 51 days - No Pain...PLS HELP

PLEASE give me ADVISE! Have you ever experienced a 51 day or more period OR you're a gynecologist?
Please read all of this and help me understand or give me tips please.

My period has ALWAYS been REGULAR my whole life. I am 34, never been on birth control and never will be.

My husband & I had unprotected sex for the FIRST time in order to try conceiving in May, I started to spot, I thought it was implantation.

I got my period lightly as of May 28th and it's still here.

I've had no pain, and no other symptoms EXCEPT that I go through periods of passing the largest clots I have ever experienced in my entire life. When urinating I can sometimes feel them coming out -- this is VERY rare for me.
I have had multiple blood tests - all say no pregnancy, but now iron is low. Taking iron to help that.

I went for an Ultra sound, and the results are confusing me as I'm not a medical professional. My gynecologist appointment isn't until August so I am taking my health into my own hands to see if I can do anything.

My guess is that it's estrogen dominance? My family doctor says the ultra sound results aren't a big deal, but I need someone to EXPLAIN what they mean.

RESULTS:

Findings:

The Uterus is retroverted. The endometrium measures 1.7 cm, it is thickened and heterogeneous. Focal thickening or focal lesion is not identified. The right ovary is not identified. Gas-filled loops of bowel are seen in the right adnexa. The left ovary contains a cyst with septations measuring 2.4 x 2.0 x 3.0 cm. There is another hypoechoic area adjacent to this within the left ovary measuring 1.8 1.3 x 1.5 cm. No flow on doppler evaluation.

Impression:

The endometrium is thickened and diffusely heterogeneous. A Focal thickening or lesion is not seen to indicate a polyp. This can be followed with ultrasound in 4 weeks to access for change.

Can anyone explain what this all means?

My family doctor  believes I have Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB).

Has anyone experienced a 51 day or more period?

Because I believe it's estrogen dominance I have been eating VERY healthy, working out, and taking EstroSmart Plus by Lorna Vanderhaeghe. I have noticed a decrease in the amount of blood, but i'm still bleeding and sometimes heavy where it affects my life -- I am also experiencing an occasional clot that is small to large.

I am trying to lose weight as I am overweight. This could be estrogen dominance? Either way, can anyone shine any light... it feels so strange because there is no pain or anything...just menstruation.....for 51 DAYS.

Any ideas? Please share your experience.
