Lump on vagina at 13?

I've shaved down in my private area arpund 3-4 times with a razor carelessly I would say. I would get ingrown hairs and stuff like that. about 2-3 months ago was the last time I shaved my area completely bald). My hair started growing back down there pretty quick but this time around I got a lump near my vagina lips on the left side. It's oval shaped,red/pink and when it first started to appear it was hard, but it turned quite squishy and soft. It was very painful to touch and if I ever accidentally did touch it or something pressed against it,it would become very itchy! I've had it for around 2 months now and just recently it has started to go down in size but it's still there! Today while using the restroom I noticed another lump exactly like the one on my left side is starting to form on my right side in about the same spot! I'm too embarrassed to talk about this problem to anyone, and I'm scared it could possibly be cancer. I've never had sex or any sexual interaction. Could someone please help me out,I haven't been able to sleep due to so much worry! Thank you!!
