Piece of flesh in menstral period?

Hello Everyone :) So, something weird happened durring my menstral cycle, and i'm not sure weather or not its something that i should be concerned about. My periods are always the same: irregular, and filled with cramps and heavy flow the first 1-2 days. Anyways... today when i wiped, there was a piece of flesh and it totally threw me off. I'm absolutely positive that it wasn't a blood clot/a piece of drying blood, but an actual piece of FLESH!! :/ it was about 2cm by 1.5cm and about .25cm thick. :/ (these are just estimations i didn't actually measure the thing) Well like i said earlier, my cramps usually go away on the 3rd day, but today is day 4 & my stomach is still bothering me. Any responses or suggestions would be very much appreciated. I'm sorry it's so long. >.<

additional info:
i'm not on birth control, or any other medication really.

Hello,
If there is a history of any unprotected intercourse then it can be due to pregnancy and miscarriage. You can confirm it by getting your HCG levels checked. In case of pregnancy loss, the value of HCG will return to a non-pregnant range(<5 mIU /L) about 4 - 6 weeks after a pregnancy loss.Other method of confirming whether you had a miscarriage is by getting ultrasouind uterus done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
