what is going on with my cycle

back in early february i had 9 positive urine tests for pregnancy, went to the doctors for confirmation, had the bloods doctor said that it was negative and i must have had faulty tests.
so now we are at the end of april, i still havent got a period. i had a very quick ultrasound that stated i had a dominant right follicle anda19.3 left corpus luteum. i have for months now had every pregnancy symptom, did they miss something on the ultra sound or is there something other going on i should be worried about.

I think a corpus luteum cyst can produce hCG, which could be picked up in a home pregnancy test. Google "corpus luteum cyst" and you'll find a lot of information. See if your doctor will order you an abdominal MRI, it's the best way to see what is going on in the uterine area.
