Constant Bleeding...Help?

I'm a bit over weight and ever since I started my period at age 12 or 13 it has been irregular. I would either have it for three days and then not again for a few months, but now, I started my period about a month and a half ago. I'm 19. a virgin. and scared to death of being messed with in my private area by a doctor. Not sure what I should do or what's causing the bleeding for the month and a half constantly.

Thanks. I'm trying to did a doctor right now. The bleeding has lightened but still hasn't stopped. I think I'm scared of going because of bad news I think I'll hear like if I won't be able to have children. Thank you though for responding.
