Liquid coming out of breast not out of the nipple

When I squeeze my breast in particular places, especially around a hair follicle on or near the areola, a bit of white liquid comes out. What is this? Also, if I pluck off a hair and squeeze the area around it, it’s likely that the liquid will come out.

It could be sebaceous fluid. Is it similar to stuff that comes out of the pores on your nose?
