Random Bump On Labia Majora.

Well, this morning i noticed a strange bump "down there" on my Labia Majora when i went to the bathroom. Nothings been going on but it was there this morning. It's about the size of a pea/bean, red, and hurts if theres any pressure on it. Is it serious? Or is it something that will go away within time? I would realllly like to know what this is before i really stress about my health! ! ! Thank You

Alright, i looked that up also. That wasn't it either, that was pretty much inside. Mine was only on the outside Labia Majora.

Glad to hear it's going away. They don't always get big though so it could still be one of your Bartholin's glands. Also, since you don't say exactly where the swelling is, it might be a Skene's gland. You can look that up too.

I looked that up but i really dont think that's it. That cyst was about 7x bigger. I believe it's going down though. Also not as painful as before. Thank You sooo much for answering me i appreciate it!

Sorry, that's "Bartholin's gland" or "Bartholin's cyst".

It's probably a Barholin's gland infection. You can look it up on Google images to confirm. Sometimes they just go away, sometimes they keep coming back, and sometimes they blow up the size of an egg. The first step is to find out what you have. Good luck.
