It is likely that you have a fungal problem.

You can get a one dose oral (you swallow it) capsule from the pharmacist or on prescription from your doctor called Fluconazole.

You can also buy a cream from the pharmacist that treats fungal infections.  Ask your pharmacist and he will be able to help you.  I live in the UK so what I can get here is likely to come under a different brand name in the US.

As a home remedy, you can apply cold natural yogurt (it does help).
Don't use soaps, shower gels or harsh or perfumed soaps.  Simple soap should be fine.  Don't use biological detergents.  Only use non-biological and use the fabric softeners for sensitive skins.  Only wear cotton undergarments.  Tights and trousers will make you sweat and cause further irritation so avoid these if possible.

If you do use condoms, you may be allergic to the latex.  You can get latex-free condoms these days.

KY jelly or other products that are similar can be used if you are lacking in natural lubrication.  If you are anxious and on certain medications or overtired, no matter how your partner stimulates you, it will be hard to reach a climax.

Best wishes.
