Recurring yeast infection

I have been dealing with a yeast infection that will only go away for about a week at best and then it comes right back. I have been to the doctor several times. And have been given fluconazole. I had a swab done after it came back twice, and it is just the normal yeast treatable with fluconazole. Well, it came back a 3rd and 4th time. My pcp gave me a few more pills and told me to take them once a week for a month to see if that was enough to kick it. Well, it’s back, again. I shower daily, I have not changed body washes or laundry detergent. No diet changes. I don’t understand what I’m doing. I have never had a yeast infection in my 30 years of life until this escapade. I have another appointment in a couple of days. Any additional advice or insight in the mean time would be helpful. It’s driving me crazy.

Do you have a partner you sleep with regularly? If so, could you be passing it back and forth?

We have barely done anything the last 3 months. It’s probably been twice total.  I was told to wait like two weeks after a yeast infection. And I never make it a full two weeks without it coming back.
And you're not pregnant, and not on any other medications?
