Ridges in lower abdomen

I feel ridges like things in my centre lower abdomen. I'm 76kg and 168cm. There is also a pain in my lower lef abdomen if i lie down and apply pressure.

Just curious, cause i read online, and i realised that It seems to be the Uterus that is felt during pregnancy, but i've just been tested negative by the doc, and I din have sex, just heavy petting that might have been dangerous. My march period was due on the 4th, but it came on the 22nd instead, my usual cycle is ard 27, but I missed for JAn, and it came on the 4th of Feb, but I had my exams in Feb.

Anyone have any idea of what's going on?

Have you had kids before?

You may have a diastatis rectus abdominus muscle (dram).  This is basically a separation of the muscles normally caused by the pressure of pregnancy but there are other causes.

If this is the case then all you need to do is some stomach exercises.  You'll probably need to speak to a physiotherapist for specific exercises for you.

But it could be something else so you may want to go and see a doctor.
