Scratch like red marks inner/outer vaginal lips?

Hello, I'm a 16 year old female of course.

I've been taking Amoxicillin as an antibiotic for my Upper Respiratory Infection, two to three weeks ago at 500mg, twice a day. And since I've noticed a growing pain in my vagina.

Well, not in. On the outside.

I just now noticed cut like red lines between the inner and outer lips of my vagina. And when I touched them I literally began to cry from how painful it was and I was leaking a thickish white liquid too.

I've never had sex of any kind, I masturbate of course but not with toys and I always cut my nails before hand and make sure I always have some kind of lubricant. I'm a bit swollen, but not to bad.

When I take my Antoboitics it gets worse, if I dont take my biotics my face gets red and my throat swells and my one ear gives this internal, cry-worthy throbbing pain and I get so dizzy and throw up.

But its getting worse if I continue to take my pills. I do not do birth control or antidepressants like everyone tells me I should. I haven't been able to get to a doctor or convince my mom to take me, because if I am not working, I am at school. And if I have the day off, mom works days, dads works nights with two siblings.

I wanted to try lotion but putting normal lotion on a area like that is bad enough and a big no-no, but I'm TERRIFIED to touch my vagina at all and I don't want to pee because of the intense pain or urinating AND wiping.

I have a SLIGHT TINY rash on my "perineum", the skin between my vagina and anus. But its not itchy at all. I have the red lines on both sides between the inner and outer lips of my vagina.

Sadly I have to go to bed.

But its gotten so bad I cant even sit with my legs closed now. Panties hurt, pants hurt, its winter so I can't wear skirts.

Thank you.

It sounds like you have a very severe yeast infection which is common when taking antibiotics. Personally Im a 17 year old girl and I get one every time I start on an antibiotic so I just know t request a prescription for to treat that as well. Don't stop your antibiotic because if you do the bacteria it's fighting will become resistant to the medication and come back stronger but definitely go to your doctor and get checked out as soon as you can but until then any store should sell yeast infection kits in the female health aisle and you can follow the instructions there. It may not be pleasant but it'll definitely help.
I go throught this everytime I start an antibiotic. Hope you take this into consideration!

Keep taking your antibiotics because it probably has nothing to do with your painful cuts. What you describe sounds like scratches. It hurts so bad and is swollen because bacteria have infected the cuts. I would recommend taking a bath and carefully cleaning the area. After drying off, put a topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin on the affected area. If it is bacterial, you should start feeling better the next day. Good luck with it.
