Abnormal minimal vaginal bleeding between period, but no other pain?

Hi, I had my last period a little late on October 8th, around 19 days ago, and two days ago, when I was going to the bathroom, I noticed a few drops of blood coming from my vagina, it was more light bright red color, but that was the only time I noticed and it didn't continue, so I ignored it. But then two days later, today, when I woke up in the morning then went to the bathroom, I noticed my underwear was stained with blood, ( minimal to medium amount), but not enough to stain my pants. Now today, when I pee, I won't see any blood, but if I use a tissue to wipe, I will be able to see light orange red blood on the tissue. I am sure that I am not pregnant because I have not have sex at all these few months, but I have no other stomach pain or back pain. It doesn't seem like my period because the blood is minimal, and the color is not as dark and thick consistency as my normal period. Plus, it's too early. Should I see a doctor about this if it continues or should I just wait it out or it might be just an abnormal period?

Thanks !

This sounds more like spotting than a period.  We get this when our hormones are messed up.  (assuming it's not IN the urine which is kidney related and should be checked out right away---  but you'd probably have other symptoms if this was the case).  Can you get to a doctor to get your hormones checked to see if they need to be tweaked (sometimes adding a hormone, or starting a bc pill to regulate you?
