Spots on arms

Hi,

I have loads of little white bumps on the tops of my arms. If i squeeze them they pop and white fluid comes out, like a whitehead spot.
The only problem is i am now getting scarring from popping them.

I have tried exfoliating with different creams. I have even tried dry exfoliating and body brushing my arm.

Can someone recommend something to me please?

I used to get them and it was embarrassing to have all these little bumps on my arms. Didn't want anyone to pat me or wrap their arm around me if I had short sleeves. I read once that often they're caused by dry skin. I've never particularly had dry skin but I tried a light cream on them after my shower and noticed a big improvement just within a couple weeks. That was years ago that I made the change and my arms are still in good shape (well, except for being old).

hi, i have the same thing and just went to the dr. and she said it was keratosis pilaris. she said it's caused by the accumulation of dead skin around the hair folicles, that it's extremely common and may be inherited. you can also get the bumps on the tops of your legs. she said to use neutragena with glycolic acid or sasilic acid maybe, anyway, it's the only one that's orange. it helps clear the bumps but you have to leave them alone, i know it's hard. use it twice a day. let me know if it helps and take care. remar
