Recurrent Cyst

I have been getting cyst every month for the last year or so before and throughout my menstrual cycle. They are very painful, small, and deep. There is some relief when a hot compress is applied but how can I keep them from recurring?

Hi there and welcome.  sorry you have such painful periods.  Have you spoken to your doctors about this?  Do you pass the cyst each month?  I had one pass and it was painful.  it would be unusual to have that type of cyst grow and pass monthly.  Have you been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries?  They often will give medication for this.

So, what have you discussed with your doctor regarding this issue and what do they recommend?
