Plan B (day after pill)

Alrighty, maybe someone will be able to relate with me or help me figure this out. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, it was my second time ever having sex. He came in me and I took the morning after pill 10hrs. After. Barely 6 days after I experienced a little bit of a stomach ache but still no period, I'm going to wait a couple more days to see if I get it. I've been doing some reading on plan b and supposably it is normal for some to miss their upcoming period in the same month that plan b was taken? Also because it was the first time sperm entered my  Body would i be more likely to become pregnant than for the plan b to work (could my ovaries have already taken the sperm and I am already impregnated?) I'm not too sure, any advice? Please and thank you.

Thank you for the info, I do not want to take plan b ever again, I have been reading up on how it really is not good for your body, time for me to start being safer and to really think before I act on things. I actually got my monthly visitor!!! And it's not that irregular (was only a day off) thank you again and be blessed =)

You would need to be ovulating to conceive, so if you have unprotected sex fertilisation and implantation doesn't happen right away. It's until 6-12 days after that you would be pregnant.

You took the pill 10hours after intercourse, so that was well within the time frame of it being as successful as the pill can be - making chances of it failing, slim.

Taking this pill can really mess with your cycles, and is pretty bad for your body. Cramps, random bleeding or spotting and missing or irregular periods can be expected for the first month, or even for the couple after that. To make sure the pill has worked, all you can do is wait at least 2 weeks after intercourse and take a pregnancy test. If it's negative then you'll know its worked.

Correction: I meant to say could I already have a baby growing inside of my uterus?
