I am a 28 yr. old woman, two weeks ago I weighed 135 pounds, today I weigh 155 pounds! I have NOT changed eating habits at all, I am very active and get plenty of excercise, and drink nothing but water or milk, this weight gain is in my stomach area only, none of my jeans fit, I am so uncomfortable, also I have chronic constipation...any ideas what the cause may be? Please help! I'm miserable!!
