Worried About Being Pregnant - Please Help?

Hi! I apologise in advance if this is quite the essay, but I'm incredibly worried about being pregnant and would be very grateful for some information. I have nobody to really ask about this stuff, so I'm quite confused. My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time two weeks ago. We were both virgins. It was all very heat of the moment and we didn't use a condom, he only went inside of me for a minute (if that) and we thought it would be fine seeing as I am on the birth control pill & he didn't ejaculate or come even close to it. I'd never even heard of pre-*** until I researched the next day (my anxiety got the better of me and I felt like I needed reassurance) & naturally I've been panicking a bit ever since. Like I say, I am on the pill but I sometimes do miss one accidentally (I had missed one a few weeks prior to the unprotected sex, but had taken one every day since then) I'm also pretty sure I wasn't ovulating at the time, as my period was still roughly 3 weeks away. I had been taking 2 packs back to back as to delay my period at the time (I'm not sure if this affects anything), and I'm now due on my period in a week's time and my breasts are quite sore, mainly on the sides and at the bottom. The front of my breasts & my nipples don't hurt, just if the sides or bottom have pressure put on them then it is quite sore. I can't really remember if this always happens before my period is due, I do get sore breasts now and again even before I had sex, but obviously I'm noticing it a lot more now as my anxiety has hit the roof. Should I be worried? I know I need to wait until next week to see if I do come on my period or not, but I'm wondering if I'm just being super paranoid about this, as I can't stop thinking about it. I already knew the chances of pregnancy were very low due to me being on the pill & him not ejaculating (he hadn't ejaculated before we had sex, and he had urinated beforehand which I read pretty much gets rid of the sperm in pre-***). Of course I will do the obvious thing & wait to see if I miss my period or not, and if I do then I understand that a pregnancy test is needed. I'm just wondering realistically what are the chances?

calm down try to take a deep breath. I now it's overwhelming when you just don't know. Let's start with the basics, you can not get pregnant unless your ovulating, eggs must be being released at the time of sex in order for you to become pregnant. 2nd missing 1 pill will not get you pregnant either especially if you been on them for a while they been in your system just double up when you forget. I really don't think you have anything to worry about you haven't even missed a period , in which you won't if you wasn't ovulating, on another note always protect yourself from anything you don't want ....that included a baby and STD's . Nothing's worth dying over. Try to stay calm and you should note in this app your cycles and when you have sex from here on out
