Swollen tight vagina

Hello,
So I've been with my patter for 3 and a half years and the last 2 and a half ove been getting worsening symptoms with painful sex! It's not yeast infections sti's or a bacterial indection, the pain is most excruciating and it occurs when he try's to insert himself. Feels like my vagina is dry, incredibly tight and it burns. I imagine it as trying to pop an orange out, wev tryed more lube erc really doesn't make a difference, went to the gynaecologist and all they do is give me fungal cream. Does or has any1 else experience this?? it's really pushed us a part as its been this way for a long time now and is getting worse I cannot have sex anymore it's too painful and shouldn't be like this! Also tryed with of without condoms hasnt made a difference and I've never had this problem in the past in my previous relationship. I am only 21 :(

I hope some1 can give us some answers because I'm sick of spending money on doctors who don't really care just throw a cream at u and tell u to try it and see if it works. I fully hear u on the loss of affection part as wel, thanks for ur comment :)

My boyfriend of 3 years and I are having the same problem, for me it is worse when I pee after sex, but the pain is gone by the morning. I don't have any STI/STDs or infections, etc. either and have no idea what is going on (I just asked this same question a few minutes ago). I am sorry I don't have an answer....just a fellow woman going through the same thing! Lube didn't help, and it is making our sex life pretty awful, and causing a lot of stress on our relationship b/c of the feeling of loss of affection.
