Unknown condition, bleeding unusually

This is about my girlfriend, she's too shy to see anyone about it and I'm a bit concerned.
She's 19 years old, as far as i know i'm her only partner to date.
Basically everytime she wipes her anus she is finding blood on the toilet paper... there are no other symptoms, besides for her left nostril, which also bleeds everytime she blows it, however not in the same fashion as a nose blood (that is, it doesnt run, it just stains the tissue everytime she blows that nostril.)

Anyone know what this could be, is it serious?

I have this same problem it's called Von Willowbrand's disease... She might also have heavy periods and bleeding from the gums. She needs to see her dr. and they will run some blood tests to confirm. It is a rare genetic disorder but there are some meds that will make the bleeding a lot better. I hope this helps.

Sounds like it is probably a hemorrhoid or small fissure.  She should be having paps done annually.  When she has that done, she should ask the doctor about this problem.  If she has blood in/on her stool or if she is having black, tarry, or pencil stools she should get it checked out to rule out Crohn's, colon cancer, etc.  If it is just the little bit on the toilet paper, she can probably wait until the next time she sees her PCP.
