Vaginal itching, burning, and vinegar smell?

So a little while ago I lost my right ovary(and my period) after I had an ovarian cyst surgically removed and now my discharge smells like vinegar and is light brownish in color. Also when ever I use the restroom and I wipe it feels like I have really bad rug burn that stings very badly and itches. Please help!

I would say this sounds like classic symptoms of a yeast infection. Post or pre surgery did you take antibiotics?  This would be a common reaction to antibiotics as it kills the 'good bacteria' we all have in our vagina and throws the ph off.  You can check in with your doctor since you are healing from surgery.  Infection generally involves pain or heat.  I use one day monostat ovule, put in at night, wear a pad and it clears up for me.  Let us know how it goes

All these things are symptoms of an infection of some type- which needs to be treated by a doctor.  Make an appointment with your doctor and let them help get you on the road to recovery.  Feel better and let us know how you are doing!
