Vaginal irritation... Minty hot feeling like icy hot.

Since the end of my period two months ago I was having vaginal irritation. Itching and a minty feeling. I figured it was because I just got off antibiotics and my period lasted almost 10 days. Note I have the mirena IUD since January. No that's not normal for me but my doctor said it was. It has really been and off and on irritation. Not constant. Now there's no itching and it doesn't feel minty. But, it feels like I have icy hot on my clit. The feeling comes and goes. I don't have any bumps, no redness. It's not near my vaginal opening. Its just around my clit. Mainly just the tip of my lips on my vagina around it. I don't know what's going on. Any ideas what it could be. I do have an appointment with my ob but, I'd kind of like and idea of what you guys think it could be. Just curious or if anyone has had these issues. Oh and I've had extra discharge also. It doesn't have a funny smell. It's white and my pee is kind of dark.
