Vaginal itching

I have some blister like bumps on one side of my vaginal lips.. they hurt really bad when i use the bathroom.. i have tried everything like hydrocortozone cream and uti medicine and all sorts of creams but nothing seems to work.. i cant afford to go to the doctor and i cant afford any medicine. what do i need to do?

You need to go to ER and be tested for STD!!! How many partners have u had??? Wish u luck
