Are white bumps on clitoris normal?

Okay I looked at my junk today in the mirror and noticed a white puss filled looking spot on the side of my clitoris in between it and the hood. It doesn't hurt, itch, or bother me. I'm just wandering what cause it and is it normal. Could it be caused from oral sex?
