If you eat relatively healthy and do like 30 mins to an hour excersise you should lose weight, if usually you did no excersise and ate junk food. Eeeyones different but be consistent with your excersise do it everyday. It can be hard and the weight might fall off slowly, but that's the best way. Keep focused on your goal. Good luck!
