Lumps at pelvic region and anus?

Hi,

So I’ve had a small lump (~size of a marble) under my skin next to my pelvic bone, and a bit after i developed another lump at the edge of my anus. Neither are painful and i have not been experiencing any other symptoms. Does anyone know what it might be? Too scared to go to the doctor
