What is this? Clear white jelly stuff..

I'm a virgin so don't say it's an std, or pregnancy. It's not. I haven't been sexual involved at all. Anyways, I had a yeast infection a while ago so I started using the cream but got my period a few days later so I didn't know if it was gone or not.. I waited a bit and it felt like it was still there (itchy), so I started again. It's been kind of on and off but earlier while masturbating, I noticed a white jelly like substance, what is this? I had just started so I know it's not anything like that.... Another issue I've been having is that sometimes when I masturbate (even if I go before hand) if I go more for my clitoris, I end up urinating a bit (the amount varies but it's still embarrassing!).. Is this normal?? I'm not sure if something is wrong or not and I don't want to go to the doctor because I'd have to talk to my mom about it, and it's embarrassing.. Her knowing that stuff, just weirds me out.. I can't get there without her though.. Please help :(.. I'm not sure if this is something to worry about or if it's normal, or if I have a yeast infection or not!

Thank you! I had been on anti-depressants, and now I'm on sleeping pills. Not sure if that would affect anything? But, I've had some sleep issues for quite a while..

Totally normal and nothing to worry about.   However, you should not treat yourself for a yeast infection unless you have been tested and it has been determined for sure to be a yeast infection.  Consider visiting a gynecologist.....or at the very least, buy an over-the-counter test.   Were you taking antibiotics?  That's a common cause of a yeast infection.

Simple itch can be from scented soaps etc.  Stick to a basic antibacterial soap for your vag........and relax about the clear white jelly stuff, totally normal.
