21 days late, neg home PT, neg blood test, what's wrong? Please help.

I'm 30 yrs old, married, and mother of 3. I'm not on birth control and haven't been on it for 2 years. My menstrual cycles average is about 28 days. Me being this late is not normal! I've taken 4 home pregnancy tests and all are negative. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms. I've also gotten a blood test done and that also shows negative. I'm worried as to why I have not started my period. I feel like I've been feeling a little more tired. I'd like to think that's bc my body seems to be out of whack. What's going on? Has anyone experienced this? Please advise. Thank you.

No, I haven't had a recent physical since last year. I have an appt.with my obgyn on the 9th. My oldest is 3yrs old so no breastfeeding. The only stress I've experienced is when I was a few days late and thought I could be pregnant. Im relieved to know I'm not but know i'm worried about whats going on with my body. I was thinking the worst, like what if its cancer? I've tried staying calm and I do feel better now that I've read that there's a lot of ladies on here that have gone months without a period and it seems to be ok. I'd just like to know why I'm suddenly not having my period. Thank you for replying to my post.

This could be from so many different things:
stress
hormonal fluctuations
thyroid disorder

Have you had a recent yearly physical with blood work?  It might be a good idea to make an appointment with your GP and just get a baseline physical with some blood work.  They can test your female hormones and your thyroid functions.  I don't think this is anything to be overly concerned about... but definitely something to at least follow-up on.  How old is your youngest child?  Are you breastfeeding?
