White stuff on lips of vagina?

Is it normal to have white stuff on the inner lips of your vagina?  I'm only fourteen so I don't know if this is normal.  I know about vaginal discharge, but is this normal?  I'm a virgin and have had this for as long as I can remember, even as a child.  I remember getting out of the bathtub and my babysitter telling me to leave it alone.  It doesn't burn or it or anything, it's just there.

Is this a yeast infection?  I also have little bumps on the lips of my vagina, like pores, from where I think it comes.  Is this normal?  I feel embarrassed for asking this question, but at least I can be anonymous and get an answer.

I don't know if it does.  On sometimes there's a lot, on other days there's very little there.  Thanks for the help!

As long as there is no pain, burning or itching then it's probably just normal discharge.

Does it change with your cycle?
